Rock mine crushing and separating plant

Technical process

Raw material from dumping trucks into feed hopper and vibrating feeder,then into 1set of 400*100Jaw crusher for the 1st time crushing,then crushed material into transport conveyor getting into 800*100 specialized sand making machine of rock mine for the 2nd time crushing(With 2sets,the conveyor can be forward and reverse, then it can be maintain and changing spare parts can still in producing as normal)

The material from sand making machine then into shaking sluice to collcet the gold,the scrap into sand box then into 1200*2800 ball mill to be grinding from 1set 4 inch sand pump,the grinded material into spiral classifier,material in big one will be get into ball mill from spiral classifier and the 2nd time grinding.

The material into 1set 60# vertical knelson series centrifuge gold concentrator to get the gold,the concentrate get and scrap material into scrap pool;the concentrate into 1set 6s shaking table to get gold sand,then into 1000*1600 amalgamator,amalgam sand separating,mercury retort to get pure gold.
