This type of machine can be feed by wheel loader or excavators,which is widely used in gravel sand mine,tailings of rock gold mine etc.

Water washing: Mineral mixture to be transported into trommel screen,then to be washing and reaming in the middle of screen,the clay to get ride off and minerals to be classified into 3 size.The water washing in 2 sides of trommel screen can clean the material carefully and prevent it from being plugged. 

It can be works well together with centrifuge concentrator etc. 

Technical process

The raw material into vibrating feeder by digging excavator,then the materials≥50mm to be screened out, which can reduce the wear of next classifying trommel screen. The material less than 50mm is sent to reamer trommel by the conveyor,

The material 25-50mm is transporting to the scrap material pool through transport conveyer. The material into a fixed gold sluice then into two shaking sluice to collect gold, finally gold concentrate get and the scrap is discharged into scrap material pool.
