The gold get by horizontal automatic discharge gold concentrator

Above picture is the gold get by gold mining machine our horizontal gold concentrator sending by our engineer this morning in the mining area.

The horizontal gold concentrator with automatic discharge is one of our main product newly designed it can work well in the gold dredger,mobile gold separating car,

it can solve the knelson series  can't work on jolt surrounding and no need of foundation seeking ground level,it can automatic discharge with air operating solenoid valve and good performance.

1)Open the PLC control box, turn on the main power, then getting into the system and setting parameters, waiting for the air compressor to inflate;

2)Start the centrifugal pump and adjust the water pressure to about 0.3MPa by switch. (the water pressure needs to sum up the experience and adjust itself according to the actual situation);

3)Click on the automatic mode of "Cycle" to start work;

4)Shut down: firstly should turn off the feeding of raw material, when discharge finished click "automatic stop", turn off the main power and finally turn off the centrifugal pump.

1)Because the knelson centrifuge gold concentrator is rotating at high speed, it will produce vibration, so we should check whether the bolt is loose or not at any time.If loose there will be abnormal sound, please stop in time to check.

2)Weather, temperature, humidity and other factors will have a greater impact on the life of V-belt, please check if need change please replace one whole set.

3)Butter must be added to each shift for 8 hours. Lack of oil can cause damage to bearings.
